Buttermilk Waffle Recipe
No big science here. No big science in any of the
waffle recipes to be honest. All you need to do in
buttermilk waffle recipe is to replace ordinary milk with buttermilk. Buttermilk waffle recipe is good for people who never liked milk flavor and never wanted to use milk. The rest is the same as with easy waffle recipe, but since we are so so nice, we will still give you the recipe :).
Buttermilk Waffle Recipe
You will need two cups of all purpose flour, two teaspoons of baking powder(cooking soda), one tea spoon of salt, two teaspoons of sugar, two cups of butter milk, two eggs (again, separate the whites from the yolk) and one tablespoon full of melted butter.
How to make yummy butter milk waffles from this butter milk waffle recipe you ask?
Step 1: This is called waffle-planing ahead. First you start your waffle iron. Ladies and gentlemen start you iron waffle makers :).
Step 2: Take egg whites and beat them until you get nice and smooth white fluffy stuff that looks like snow.
Step 3: Take a big bowl and put in 2 cups of all purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, one tea spoon of salt, and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Then add all the butter milk, melted butter and egg yolks and mix until there are no lumps left.
Step 4: Add the egg whites and gently mix them in. Just to spread them around, don't overdo it or you will ruin the effect (this is a small secret to make waffles softer).
Step 5: Put one cup of batter in the preheated iron waffle and close it. Yes we are hungry too, but it will take 2 loooooong minutes. Oh no! Are they ready yet? Waffles are ready!
